She has significant experience in the effective management of change and her particular emphasis is on the integration of individual and organisational behaviour.
Deborah's backgound is in organisational development, recruitment and human resources in businesses ranging from multi-nationals to start-ups. In addition to a number of years as a freelance consultant, her experience includes head of HR for a fast-growth computer company and its software publishing arm, consultant and director of an established search and selection firm specialising in Europe-wide projects and change consultant with a venture management company
