Cambridge Pragmatix is an international network of business school lecturers, management trainers, consultants and senior advisors. The founder, Dr. Keith Goodall is in Cambridge, UK. Our lecturers are drawn from international business schools and universities such as the Sorbonne, Cambridge University and Nyenrode. We also use experienced trainers and consultants based in a variety of countries including the UK, France, Italy and China.
We offer a wide range of services, including courses in: leadership; teamwork; management skills; finance (including finance for non-finance managers); project management; cross-cultural management; marketing; strategy; corporate governance and the role of the board of directors; international negotiation skills; presentation skills and communication skills. We facilitate management meetings, company seminars and outdoor training programmes. We also run company-specific role plays using professional actors, and offer consultancy and mentoring services.
We deliver our programmes and services in a wide range of locations, including China, Malaysia, the UK, USA, Europe, Africa, India and the Gulf region.
Our research interests include management education and consultancy practices, human resource management, corporate governance, cross-cultural management and leadership and teamwork in multinational organisations. Our directors and associates also research and publish books and academic papers on management education, often working with respected international institutes and authorities.
